近日，據(jù)美嘉導(dǎo)師獲悉，在澳洲移民新政策下的獨(dú)立技術(shù)移民189簽證，獲得配偶加分的基本要求如下：

1. 年齡在50歲以下

2. 提名職業(yè)和主申請(qǐng)人在同一個(gè)SOL上

3. IELTS 單項(xiàng)不低于6

4. 配偶非澳洲公民或永居

5. 和主申請(qǐng)人在同一個(gè)申請(qǐng)中

(e) at the time of invitation to apply for the visa, had been assessed by the relevant assessing authority for the nominated skilled occupation as having suitable skills for the occupation; and

(f) at the time of invitation to apply for the visa, had competent English

以上是189、190和489關(guān)于配偶加分的所有要求?？梢钥吹?，不存在畢業(yè)6個(gè)月內(nèi)或一年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的要求。簡(jiǎn)化地講，配偶加分主要只需滿足以下兩個(gè)條件：

如果申請(qǐng)人的配偶(已婚或同居)滿足一定條件，申請(qǐng)人可以獲得5分的移民分?jǐn)?shù)。配偶必須滿足以下條件：

配偶必須與申請(qǐng)人同時(shí)申請(qǐng)相同的簽證;

配偶不能是澳洲PR或公民;

遞交申請(qǐng)時(shí)，配偶的年齡必須在50歲以下;

配偶的提名職業(yè)必須在SOL清單中;

配偶必須滿足雅思至少4個(gè)6分的英語要求。
