申請美國高中和大學的流程大致一樣，需要學校和申請人進行一個面試溝通的過程。美國高中留學面試形式基本上有三種：電話面試，視頻面試，以及面對面的面試。下面美嘉留學導師為大家介紹美國高中申請面試時招生官員可能提出的問題。

許多面試的問題和簽證問答，或者是入學短文是很相似的，面試的問題主要集中以下幾方面：

1.學生的學術背景和初、高中學校(Academic Background and School)

1)告訴我一些你所學的課程，你喜歡的科目，為什么？ 哪一門課程對于你來說是困難或具挑戰(zhàn)性？ 為克服這些困難和解決這些問題你做了些什么？通過克服這些困難你學到了什么？(Tell me something about your courses, what is your favorite subject? Why? Which courses have been most difficult or most challenging for you? What have you done to overcome these difficulties? What have you learnt through these experience?)

2)你喜歡你的初、高中學校嗎？你是怎么描述你的學校的？(Do  you  like your high school? How would you describe your school?)

3)你喜歡哪一位老師，為什么？(Who is your favorite teacher? Why?)

4)你取得的大學術成就或經(jīng)歷過的大失敗是什么？(What  is  your greatest academic accomplishment or failure?)

2.個人生活 (Personal Life)

1)告訴我一些你自己的生活，包括你的家庭背景和你在哪里長大？(Tell me about yourself, including your family background and where you grew up?)

2)你喜歡哪本書，喜歡哪位作者，欣賞哪一步電影或電視??？為什么？(What is your favorite book, author, movie or TV? Why?)

3)你經(jīng)常閱讀哪一份雜志和報紙？(What  magazines  or  newspapers  do you read regularly?)

4)哪一個人對你的生活影響大？(What person has most influenced you in your life?)

5)到美國讀書的話，你想念的是什么？(What will you miss most after　you go to America to study?)

3.課外活動

1) 哪項課外活動中你做的貢獻大？(What  has  been  your  greatest　contribution to an extracurricular activity?)

2) 你有什么愛好和特別感興趣的事情？(Do  you  have  any  hobbies  or special interests?)

3)你如何描述自己的家鄉(xiāng)？(How would you describe your hometown?)

4.關于高中問題(Question about high school)

1)哪一項標準對你選擇高中重要？(What  are  your  most  important　criteria in looking at High School?)

2)你和你的父母是如何選擇學校的？(How  did  you and  your  parents　choose your school?)

3)你對于我們學校感興趣的是什么？為什么想來這所學校念書？(What is of the most interest to you about our school? Why do you want　to attend this particular High School?)

4)你在課余時間都喜歡做什么？(What do you like to do in your free/sparetime?)

5)你是如何看待美國高中？(How would  you  describe  American  high　school?)

6)你將如何適應美國的高中教育體制？(How  would  you  adjust  to  a different educational system？)

7)你對我們學校關注的課程是什么？(What did you like most about our school’s Academy?)

8)你在大學里想學的專業(yè)是什么？(What do you think your major will be　in college?)

9)你將來選擇的事業(yè)目標是什么？(What are your future career goal?)

10)你還申請了哪所學校？(What other schools are you considering?)

11)我們?yōu)槭裁丛撲浫∧悖?(Why should we accept you?)

12) 有什么問題嗎？(Any questions?)

申請人可以從上述各類型問題中挑出幾個問題，準備一些簡單答案，以便被問到時，可以從容回答。
