美國(guó)商學(xué)院是很多同學(xué)的夢(mèng)想，但是美國(guó)商學(xué)院的錄取條件是非?？量痰?，美國(guó)商科研究生申請(qǐng)也不是一件輕而易舉的事情，所以大多數(shù)同學(xué)都在努力提高GPA,不斷刷新G/T成績(jī)，四處尋找可提高自身背景的實(shí)習(xí)及科研資源，以為這樣就萬無一失了。然而對(duì)商科申請(qǐng)同樣很重要的先修課，卻沒有得到同樣的重視。所謂先修課prerequisite courses，就是指學(xué)生本科教育期間基本上要修過與申請(qǐng)項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的一些課程。

很多商科項(xiàng)目的官網(wǎng)上明確要求申請(qǐng)者有一定的相關(guān)背景并在開始申請(qǐng)前修完一定的先修課程。例如比較熱門的金融，金融工程，會(huì)計(jì)，以及統(tǒng)計(jì)項(xiàng)目會(huì)要求申請(qǐng)者必須在本科階段修過一定的相關(guān)課程，就經(jīng)濟(jì)項(xiàng)目，也會(huì)要求申請(qǐng)者有一定的專業(yè)背景，比如 紐約大學(xué)的經(jīng)濟(jì)項(xiàng)目除了要求申請(qǐng)者修過微積分，線性代數(shù)等數(shù)學(xué)課程 ，還要求申請(qǐng)者有中級(jí)微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和中級(jí)宏觀觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的背景。

不要以為學(xué)校對(duì)這些先修課的要求只是說說而已，像密歇根安娜堡大學(xué)的會(huì)計(jì)項(xiàng)目 ，你很可能會(huì)因?yàn)闆]有完成學(xué)校要求的先修課而無法提交網(wǎng)申。又比如說 克拉克大學(xué)的金融項(xiàng)目如果未完成學(xué)校要求的先修課 ，即便能滿足學(xué)校的各項(xiàng)申請(qǐng)要求，再完成先修課之前也只能拿到一個(gè)conditional offer。

下面我們看一下幾個(gè)熱門院校和熱門專業(yè)，大學(xué)官網(wǎng)對(duì)先修課的要求。

金融方向：

哥倫比亞大學(xué)商學(xué)院的Master of Science in Financial Economic金融經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)碩士

Prerequisite Courses

Prior to commencing the program, all admitted students would be required to complete the following courses at an advanced undergraduate level:

Specifically, applicants must have successfully completed the listed credits/courses below with a minimum grade of "B" prior to enrolling in the program. 先修課的GPA要求最低是B， 不僅僅是要求你課程滿足，對(duì)你先修課的成績(jī)也是有一定的要求的，所以大家要注意，這也是我們一直強(qiáng)調(diào)的要早啟動(dòng)早規(guī)劃，只有提前規(guī)劃和了解了院校的錄取要求，才會(huì)有目標(biāo)的按照學(xué)校的要求去準(zhǔn)備。

南加大的商務(wù)分析專業(yè)，對(duì)先修課要求的不多，但是對(duì)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)課程是有要求的，必須至少完成一門統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)課程All applicants must also have completed at least one statistics course at the undergraduate level or above, with no exceptions.

We do not have any required pre-enrollment courses, however, we strongly encourage applicants to complete a statistics course before applying.

We find students who have taken at least one statistics course at the college level are most successful in the program.

看到這么多的先修課，大家可能會(huì)感到壓力山大，不過只要早早的規(guī)劃，完成這些先修課并不是什么難事。首先要到自己的dream school官網(wǎng)上確定一下學(xué)校確切的先修課要求，然后了解自己本科專業(yè)課程設(shè)置，看是否能滿足自己欲申請(qǐng)項(xiàng)目的要求，如不能滿足，可選修自己本校其他院系設(shè)置的相關(guān)課程。如果條件允許的話，也可申請(qǐng)美國(guó)的summer school，美國(guó)大學(xué)summer school既能幫助你提升學(xué)術(shù)背景，滿足研究生申請(qǐng)先修課要求，又能拿到國(guó)外名校的教授推薦信，提高錄取成功率。
