如圖所示，在天氣寒冷的時候，應(yīng)該選擇角度比較高屋頂以吸收更多的陽光來增加室內(nèi)溫度。與此同時，在房間的內(nèi)層安置保溫材料，用來存貯收集來的熱量。并且要在房屋的外側(cè)安裝insulation，來減少熱量的散失。這樣就可以盡可能高的室內(nèi)溫度。

As can be seen in the first graph linked to cool climate, roof with a high angle should be adopted to increase the indoor temperature by absorbing more sunshine. Meanwhile, a building material that can store heat is also needed within the house, coupled with the outside insulation, a material that can reduce heat loss. 而在天氣比較熱的時候，白天和夜間的處理方式有所不同。屋頂應(yīng)該采用反射性比較強的材料來避免吸收更多的熱量同時屋檐需要延長一部分，獲取跟多的陰影部分以確保室內(nèi)溫度降低。外層保溫材料仍然需要安裝，減少冷空氣的流失。在白天注意關(guān)閉好窗戶并將其遮蓋起來，避免更多的陽光進入室內(nèi)。這樣就可以盡大的可能避免熱量進入并且保存冷空氣在室內(nèi)。而到了晚上只需要將窗戶打開，讓室內(nèi)空氣移出并且容室外的冷空氣流入房間，降低室內(nèi)溫度。

In contrast, when it is hot, the designing method is divided into two modes: day and night respectively. In order to lessen more heat intake, a reflective material should be adopted to build the roof, which is overhung for more shade. The insulation is also required to reduce the loss of cold air.
